Diet:
Feeding behavior similar to insectivorous species; analyses of
gigas-like Labidochromis indicate algae as the predominant item
in the gut.
Special notes:
Gigas-like Labidochromis closely related to other large blue
forms. Females are overall brown without black markings, with
brown fins. Occurs at a geographically isolated reef location.
